vRGP is more than a valuation office. We are a firm with a strong heritage, a clear ethos and a team that has grown together over the years. We specialise in the market valuation of real estate in Europe and around the world. Our four partners and a dedicated team of experts work closely together, combining expertise, mutual respect and a shared commitment to delivering quality in everything we do.

Four perspectives. One approach.

Our four partners come from the fields of architecture, geodesy, economics and geography. This wide range of expertise is no coincidence: it enables us to analyse complex real estate markets from multiple perspectives and make well-founded conclusions. Each partner personally vouches for the valuation reports we deliver.

Martin v. Rönne

Dipl.-Ing. (Architecture), Founding Partner

Martin v. Rönne has over 30 years’ experience in real estate valuation. Together with Renate Grünwald, he founded the valuation office vRönne|Grünwald/Partner in 2006, which now operates as vRGP Real Estate Valuation. He specialises in property in Germany and Europe, complemented by extensive expertise in market and property analysis in North America and the Asia-Pacific region.

Renate Grünwald

Dipl.-Ing. (Geodesy), Founding Partner

As a founding partner of vRGP, Renate Grünwald brings over three decades of expertise in real estate valuation to the firm. She specialises in properties in Germany, Europe and North America, complemented by extensive experience in global market and property analysis.

Carsten Troff

Dipl.-Volkswirt (Economist), Partner

Carsten Troff joined vRGP as its first employee and became partner in 2015. He has played a key role in shaping the company’s development, from its early years to what is now an established valuation firm. He specialises in determining market values both in Germany and abroad for leading investment management companies. Clients and colleagues alike value his clear communication, practical approach and collaborative mindset.

Franz Weber

Dipl.-Geograph (Geographer), Partner

Franz Weber has been working in the real estate sector for around two decades. He joined vRGP at the end of 2011 and became partner at the start of 2024. His valuation work focuses on the valuation of commercial, residential and specialist properties in both domestic and international markets. He also brings in-depth expertise in renewable energy and infrastructure assets.
