How will I be introduced to complex topics, such as the valuation of international properties?

We don’t usually expect you to have any prior experience in this area. During your first few years, a team of mentors will support your development and guide you through more complex topics step by step. Your colleagues will always be available for advice and support.

Do you support continuing professional development alongside work?

Absolutely! Once the onboarding period is complete, we actively encourage external training. The numerous certifications and qualifications held by our team speak for themselves.

Is remote working possible?

We value personal interaction in the office and consider it an important part of our culture. At the same time, we accommodate flexible working arrangements. Depending on experience, remote work is possible on a graduated basis. This balanced approach has proven successful over many years.
